Please note: Full service property acquisition consultations require a contract which includes key provisions, indemnities, and waivers of liability. This is designed to protect both parties, setting clear expectations for our potential working relationship. Full service property acquisition consultation fees are an additional 1% which will be paid from escrow upon close of sale or acquisition.
Fees
My professional fees for consulting services are $450 per hour, billable in 30-minute increments of $225. This allows for both in-depth and brief consultations, ensuring that every moment you invest in this service is productive and beneficial.
